The Space
Sign a liability waiver for whichever location you'll be at.
Bring a clean pair of shoes ๐ to dance in the space.
At Firebeat Ballroom Studios leave your belongings in the cubbie, on tabletop surfaces or on the benches. Avoid putting things on the floor.
Treat people and the space with respect.
Clean up after yourself, including the floor especially if you did any floor work ๐งผ.
Accountability
Over communicate so that we are on the same page, especially to E-Board. Time & Attendance!!
Advocate for yourself. Take care of yourself. Don't commit to more than you think you can handle.
The most up to date info can be found on the website & Matrix. If you're unsure about something please ask.
Please communicate any changes no matter how small to project leads and E-Board when it comes to commitments you've already made.
Behavior
Be cordial.
Communicate your boundaries.
Culture vlltures must be held accountable. Please do not be afraid to educate someone when they don't know something or are just completely in the wrong. Don't be pretentious about it, do it respectfully.
Sexual Misconduct, mysogony, misandry, violence, and abuse of any kind will result in immediate removal from the space for the day. E-Board will talk to all parties involved separately later. We will decide what the final outcome of the conflict will be. Our commitment is to the safety of our members. Anyone removed from the space will be suspended until things are worked out.
