The Space

Q: Who do I talk to if I want additional studio time?

A: Refer to the 'Roster' doc in the members only portal.

Q: What are the limitations around the space that I should be aware of?

A: Firebeat Ballroom Studios - Clean shoes. No tap shoes. If you're putting your body on the floor make sure you mop afterwards, especially if it's even mildly slippery anywhere you danced.

Projects

Q: What is a project lead?

A: A person or persons who are in charge of a project. Project leads can run a project in whatever way they see fit.

Q: Is every project that is made using any of Innermission's resources an Innermission branded project?

A: No. Before releasing, sharing or performing a project, work out the branding details with Innermission E-board.

Relationships

Q: What if I have a problem with someone in the group?

A: Be respectful, always. Talk to E-board. Please do not go around talking shit, that poisons the community and puts people in awkward positions.

Q: What happens to a problematic member?

A: They will be talked to by E-board. If they compromised someone's feeling of personal safety, they will be banned from Innermission and be advised to get help.

Q: What's Innermission's stance on dating within the team?

A: If you end up dating or situation-shiping with someone else in the group, that's fine. It's how you function in the space is what matters. Innermission is a safe space with vibrant, chill people. If y'all cannot manage your behavior based on the handbook, you'll be talked to by E-board.
