This terms and conditions document is in addition to the terms and conditions and privacy policy located on The Gender Doula’s website - www.thegenderdoula.com and Transgressive Medicine’s Website - www.transgressivemedicine.co - and do not provide any rights or guarantees that supersede those present in those documents.

The content provided in Stay Safe Y'all, hereafter, “The course,” is all copyright Elias A. Lawliet, aka “The Gender Doula,” and Isazela Amanzi, aka “Transgressive Medicine,” hereafter, “the course facilitators.” The course facilitators retain all rights to all content provided in the course. None of the material in this course may be reproduced, in whole or in part, for any reason. No attendees of the course may copy, record, use, or publish any of the material contained in the course. Purchasing attendance in this course does not give you, the attendee, any rights whatsoever to the materials. Any breach of these terms will result in a permanent, lifetime ban from all classes held by the course facilitators, either in person or virtually. Further, any breach of these terms may also result in legal repercussions. The content provided in the course is educational and informative in nature and is not in any way intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or support for any physical or mental illness, either diagnosed or undiagnosed.

The course facilitators are not licensed health professionals nor medical doctors and nothing contained in this course can be taken as advice that is regulated by California law. All attendees will engage with this content at their own risk, and will retain full liability for the consequences of their engagement. The course facilitators are not responsible for how course attendees interpret, understand, use, or engage with the course material. The course facilitators will not be held liable for any outcomes attendees experience as a result of engaging with this course.

The course facilitators are not liable for how attendees engage with this material, nor are the course facilitators liable for any viruses that result from downloading the materials for this course, nor are the course facilitators responsible for retaining individual data of participants, nor is the course facilitators responsible for any actions taken by the platforms Notesnook or Zoom. All attendees engage with downloads, materials, and service providers at their own risk. The Facilitators will not be liable in any event to students or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from attendee use or misuse of the PDF, video, and audio files whether such damages arise in contract, tort, negligence, equity, statute or by way of any other legal theory regardless of whether such damages could have been foreseen.

The course is offered with a sliding scale payment option which is detailed below:

1 time payment of $150, $300, or $450 on a sliding scale, depending on the financial capacity of the attendee

Exception: scholarships granted to a limited number of participants and based on availability.

All attendees are required to pay their attendance price in full according to the choice that they make. There will be no refunds for any reason, in whole or in part. One payment, regardless of the amount on the sliding scale or the payment plan, will cover the attendance of one person. If two people wish to take the class, even if they will be on one screen for zoom, they must each purchase attendance separately.
