I’ve attempted to narrow down some essentials that may help someone feel better now but also prevent long covid:
multivitamin that has D3, magnesium, calcium, and zinc
Forgot to add sources here but the above mentioned vitamins get depleted w/ COVID.
a probiotic that has the ingredient “plantarum”. plantarum helps break down viral particles.
Ginseng—bc it is a natural antiviral & immune booster
CBD — bc it blocks proliferation of COVID
High CO₂ = higher chance of getting COVID bc it increases the likelihood that the virus will stay stable (viral stability).
ie, ventilation not only removes CO₂ indoors, it can lower the virus' stability to infect.
